How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, please allow up to 4 business days for our crew to get your gear out the door.
What is your return policy for apparel and riding gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations or final sale items may not be eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our goods worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the package.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page features a specific size guide with measurements. Since our apparel often has a tailored, heritage fit, we recommend comparing our measurements to a garment you already own and love.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has reached the 'Shipped' status, we are unable to modify it.
How should I care for my waxed canvas and denim items?
To maintain the integrity of your gear, we recommend spot cleaning only. Never machine wash waxed canvas. For raw denim, wash sparingly in cold water and hang dry to preserve the unique wear patterns.
